OWI Charge Reduced
The Wisconsin municipal prosecutor agreed to reduce the OWI charge, and instead issued our client a reckless driving ticket. Our client was pleased with the outcome of the case. The client was able to avoid a drunk driving conviction, and their driver's license was not suspended. He was also able to avoid the high cost of an OWI conviction, including fines, fees, and insurance increases.
