Attorney Caleb C.D. Katz established Katz Law LLC in 2023 with one mission: to provide Milwaukee and Wisconsin drivers with the aggressive, knowledgeable defense they deserve. Licensed to practice in both Wisconsin (2016) and Michigan (2022), Attorney Katz brings a cross-jurisdictional perspective to every case. He earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School and has spent his career representing clients facing traffic violations, OWI/DUI charges, criminal traffic, gun crimes, sexual assault defense, domestic abuse defense, eviction defense, municipal violations, narcotics possession charges, and CDL/ride-share driver issues.
When he's not fighting for his clients in court, Attorney Katz is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing across Wisconsin and Michigan. That same patience, focus, and determination he brings to the outdoors is what drives his approach to the law — methodical, persistent, and always aiming for the best possible result.

ALEXIS GARUZ
ATTORNEY - HEAD OF CRIMINAL DIVISION
Alexis Garuz is a bilingual (English and Spanish) criminal defense attorney serving clients throughout southeastern Wisconsin. A highly rated trial lawyer known for her strategic, no-nonsense approach, Alexis focuses exclusively on criminal defense, representing individuals facing charges ranging from OWI/DUI and domestic violence to drug offenses, sexual assault allegations, financial crimes, and everything in between. She has achieved successful outcomes and not guilty verdicts for many clients in numerous counties across the State of Wisconsin. She also provides pre-charging representation for individuals under active investigation before formal charges are filed.
Alexis earned her J.D. from Marquette University Law School and was admitted to the Wisconsin Bar in 2017. She is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. After practicing at a respected Milwaukee-area criminal defense firm, she founded her own firm in 2020 and joined Katz Law in 2026, where she is leading the expansion of the firm’s criminal defense division.

Through her popular social media platforms, @attyalexis, she helps the public better understand their constitutional rights and navigate interactions with law enforcement. Cameron has represented clients in pre-charging all the way to jury trial and has achieved successful outcomes and not guilty verdicts for many clients. His motion practice has resulted in cases being dismissed or evidence being suppressed because of unconstitutional police or government conduct. Attorney Weitzner is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and the U.S. Eastern District of Wisconsin Courts. Cameron is passionate about defending clients in a variety of cases including white collar crimes and appeals.
